Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or offer any exchanges.
Shipping:
Please be patient with us as we are doing all we can to speed up the delivery time frame, however delays are expected due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19.
We are a U.K based company so International orders may take a little longer to arrive, we do advise using our Express delivery shipping if you need our products a lot sooner.
All orders are issued with tracking information once they have been fulfilled please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order.
You'll receive a confirmation email with all relevant information about your order, please remember to enter an email address you have access to as this will be the email address your confirmation will be sent to. We are not able to update this once an order has been shipped out.
